| TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS Prices - $60 per phone call (US only) $160 for 4 phone calls (US only) (usually once per week - but this is designed to suit you!) The call / calls are on your phone bill Questions and discussion during the phone call include the things you have previously asked me in either an email or a letter (this makes it easier if you have already given me general topics or questions so time is not wasted - remember, the bill is on your phone) Inbetween each call, emails are of course 'free' and are for questions regarding the phone conversation....venting or just for extra encouragement A release form must be completed before any consultations will take place. The form will be sent to complete either by email (It is a Word Doc) Or you may choose to have it sent via snail mail.
